Group Management：

Conference Call、Group Call、Broadcast、Add-up(Only in conference call)、Kick(Only in conference call)、Banned-to-talk/Release(Only in conference call)、Isolation/Release(Only in conference call)；

Monitoring functions：

The status of the user can be identified through the color of the user icon，status include: No reservation、Not available、Faulty、Banned-to-talk、Free、Call-in、Call-out、In-a-call, 12 modes; Meanwhile when a user is in status like: Call-in, Call-out, and In-a-Call, the operator can monitor the phone number the party that is going to call and about to call to the user.

Calling and Answering：

Common Dialing, Touch to Call (Double click the icon)、Call Answering、Multi Line Switchable；

Management functions：

System Management、Group Management、Account Management、Authority Management.
